UQ Biosciences Forecourt
Delivered under a design & construct agreement, FARA delivered this project in a live environment without causing major disruption to normal university operations.
The project involved the design and construction of new covered & open seating areas adjacent to two existing food outlets along with infrastructure for a new retail food outlet. The works prescribed all civil and inground services works, feature support columns & ceilings landscaping and furniture.
Originally tendered over budget, FARA worked with the client to value engineer the project to the desired budget.
