QBI & QBP Waterproofing & Pavers
FARA was appointed under a lump sum contract to deliver the replacement of waterproofing membrane and pavers to the two buildings of QBI and QBP located at the University of Queensland Saint Lucia Campus.
The work was required to rectify defects in the existing waterproofing membrane located on the top level of each building.
The project was delivered through a La Nina weather cycle putting the new membranes through Mother Natures ultimate test, we are proud to say they passed!
To top it off, the new pavers look fantastic!
