FARA were selected to deliver the refurbishment of The Standard Market Company’s Ferry Road Markets
This project was made up of the complete refurbishment of four separate tenancies including:
• Deli
• Bakery
• Butchery
• Quench bar
To assist with our clients business operations by allowing each tenancy to remain operational throughout construction, each tenancy was completed separately one after the other.
Each individual tenancy had specific requirements in regard to product displays and lighting along with purpose built fridge displays incorporated throughout each tenancy also.
The revitalisation of the overall space creates a more uniform design throughout whilst incorporating subtle changes in finishes between the individual tenancies, giving the sense of one complete tenancy.
