Delaney’s Creek Community Hall
FARA was appointed under a design and construct contract to deliver the refurbishment works to the Delaneys Creek Community Hall.
The project included improved pathway access to the entry, installation of Disability Accessible Parking Bay, Renewed handrails on access ramp to meet current standards, improved access to the hall stage, modification to the front entry door to meet compliance, replacement of roof trusses and roof sheeting, rectification of the floor substructure and sand & polish to the main hall floor.
A project well received by the local Delaneys Creek community.
