Australia Fair Shopping Centre Food Court Refurbishment
This project involved the refurbishment of the existing food court to maximise the space for the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
Procured through a design and construct contract, FARA were brought in at a critical time to ensure construction was delivered prior to the commencement of the games.
The works involved the replacement of furniture throughout, services alterations as required to suit, makegood of floor finishes and surroundings post furniture removal, removal of ceilings & bulkheads to facilitate installation of new, new bulkheads & feature ceilings, and the complete stripout and refurbishment of amenities and cleaners facilities.
To ensure the normal operations of the food court for our client, FARA maintained the full existing seating capacity of the food court for the entirety of the project.
