With 29 years involvement in the construction industry, Warrin has delivered large and small projects alike across NZ, London, Europe and Australia.

From rolling out Data Centres across Europe to refurbishing the Methodist Centre Hall Westminster, Warrin has honed his skills filling a variety of positions from site-based manager to senior management. Warrin’s expertise in creative problem solving, incorporating a positive, determined and customer focused approach translates into outcomes that continually deliver on and exceed clients’ expectations.

Warrin’s experience and knowledge in fitout and refurbishment has meant he has worked for some of Australia’s largest fitout companies, delivering numerous complex and impressive projects.

With over 14 years experience and a real passion for working in the industry, Chris has delivered projects across many sectors including Retail, Hospitality, Education & Commercial Office. Chris specialises in high end fitouts where a keen eye for detail and meticulous approach to delivery is essential.

Prior to FARA, Chris worked for one of Australia’s largest fitout and refurbishment organisations where he delivered numerous high profile and award winning projects including Stokehouse Restaurant, Kiyomi and Cucina Vivo Restaurants at Jupiters Hotel and Casino, DLA Piper Office Fit Out, Gasworks Markets and many more.
